I am one of those people who is affected by the weather-I am happiest when the sun is shining.  I love this interactive map by Kelly Norton called The Pleasant Places to Live.

Hover over the location you are interested in, and it will tell you how many days out of the year are pleasant.  For instance, the place I am moving from has 69 pleasant days in a typical year.  Savannah, GA, where I go to school has 77 days.
